By the way, I am not a christian
Like the majority, I seemed not to escape what exacly this passage of Acts 14 : 16 meant to mean : « Who allowed all the nations to walk in their own ways in times past ». But when my time came, these Words of His Sent One, His Anointed Yehoshua Ben HaElohim, miraculously worked against the deceiful spiritual ways established by the adversary : « He who has ears, let him hear ! ».
Not literally but practically : no more hearing on a passive way, but with hearing ears and also a receptive heart. Did not YHVH Elohim create the ears to hear and the eyes to see ? He purposely created these organs, of hearing and of sight, especially for spiritual hearing and seeing. Proverbs 20 : 12 : « Ears that hear and eyes that see, YHVH has made them both ».
But I dare say that this other statement is definitely true concerning me as well : « Not that I have already obtained, or am already perfect ; but I attempt earnestly to take hold what Yehoshua HaMashiach took hold of me » - From the Letter to the Philippians 3 : 12.
The Jealous Torah-based Living Elohim of Heaven, of the Book The Bible, hated mixture and still does. The majority believe that they serve Him but fundamentally do not. The majority believe that they follow Him but constitutionally do not. This system of belief is categorized according to what Yehoshua HaMashiach said to the woman at Yaakov's well at Sychar, when He said : « You worship Whom you do not know, but we worship Whom we know ». Fundamentally and constitutionally, it seems to be The Same Elohim and also The Same Mashiach but definitely not The Same Ones. The King's subjects are to be subject to his Commands.
This is what exactly He commanded from the very beginning : To listen to His Voice. To do what he charged to do.
How is that the term 'christian' was introduced in the Book of The Bible ? Perhaps for the interest of the translators. None of the Apostles were christians because neither their Elohim, YHVH the Elohim of Abraham, of Itzhak and of Yaakov/Ishrael, nor their Messiah, Yehoshua Ben HaElohim, are christians. They were all Hebrews of the Hebrews whose ways were centered on The Way of YHVH Elohim. Genesis 18 : 19b : « For I have chosen him (Abraham) that he will charge his children and his household after him that they will keep the Way of YHVH » - A Law-based Way : « Because Abraham listened to My Voice and kept what I charged him to keep, My Commandments and My Statutes, and My Laws » - Genesis 26 : 5
Throughout this Book, YHVH Elohim sent His Servants the Prophets and The Great Prophet and the Apostles to call to repentance, to return to Him, to remember the Covenant He made with their ancestors at Har Sinai. To call to repentance, that is to do His Commandments constituted His main Call.
He seemed to be 'morally troubled' when He said, according to these passages :
« For I earnestly exhorted your ancestors in the day I brought them up out of the land of Egypt until this day. Yea, I rose up early and exhorted, saying : Listen to My Voice ! » - Yirmeyah 11 : 7
« Forty years was I wearied with that generation, and I said : It is a people that do err in their heart and do not know My Way » - Psalms 95 : 10
Again, YHVH Elohim is a Jealous Elohim and He hated mixture, and still does. Were the Assyrian captivity and the Babylon exile from the Covenant Land, because of their desobedience to His Voice, legends ? The truth of the matter is that we still read and/or hear about their remnants being established in these lands of their exile.
I humbly adopt the following passage of Psalms to express my confession to my Creator, through my Redeemer, His Sent One, Yehoshua Ben HaElohim : « It is good for me that I have been afflicted that I might learn Your Statutes ! »
